I'm going to keep this post short and sweet! After an already very long workweek (it's only Tuesday!) I want to get cozy on my couch and watch a movie. Know what else sounds cozy? A warm, long, grey sweater. Or, any long sweater made for warmth, doesn't have to be grey!
A long sweater is easily paired with skinny denim and booties. Although this look works best with a low heel, wear what you have!
Right now a look all over the internet, particularly Pinterest, is that same warm sweater and a slim knit or pencil skirt that grazes the knee or hits just below. A bit of heel height works well with skirts, but again, wear what you have and you'll be set. For extra warmth, as well as a leaner-looking leg, pull on some tights in the same color as your booties.
I bet if you looked in your closet right now you'd find pieces similar enough to replicate both of these outfits. Experiment and give them your own twist. Change up the colors, wear a printed skirt, throw on some sneakers - the choices are endless.
If you can't find what's in your closet, perhaps my free closet bootcamp "Streamlined in 7" will help you find those missing items! The email course is entirely free, and will help you weed out the pieces you don't love or wear once and for all! Sign up now!
