The Complete Coat Wardrobe
Today's post is going to be short and sweet. Although we are currently having 70 degree weather here in the Bay Area, it's still winter time! I am sure there is more cold weather to come across the country.
Last week we looked at the jackets recommended by the former editors of Lucky Magazine, and today we turn our attention to the coats they suggest owning. For some reason this list included a couple jackets, too. Let's take a look:
If you live in a warm climate and rarely travel somewhere cold, you could get by with owning a few jackets, a rain coat and one good wool coat. If you wear coats a lot, though, expanding your coat closet can be an easy way to create a different look. Coats can be incredibly beautiful, and well-made pieces will last you decades. Stick to classic styles worthy of the investment. If buying for cold weather, rain or snow, make sure to buy a well-insulated and lined coat. Don't skimp here, buy the best you can afford.
A lot of these coats are expensive and out of many people's price range. (Mine, for sure!) Use these styles and colors for inspiration for your coat shopping.
