1 cup frozen Kale
1 medium Avocado
1/2 – 1 cup milk (I like to use Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk)
1/2 T Manuka Honey
1 medium Banana
Add your avocado and banana, and then the kale and honey. Pour the milk on top and blend. Adjust the amount of milk used to achieve the desired thickness.
